These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of EMZLoveLuxury, including the website, showrooms, intake, Live, boards, Curator tools, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
EMZLoveLuxury is operated from Florida, United States. We may update this draft as the marketplace is reviewed. The date above is the draft date.
1. What this house is
EMZLoveLuxury is a luxury showroom and marketplace: Shop, Showcase, Sell, Live. People may show a collection, list pieces, watch Live, and — when purchase is opened — buy and sell through the Service.
Until the Owner opens Launch Gate:
- New public registration is closed. - Existing members may sign in. - Visitors may look at public rooms and the Floor. - Nobody may complete a purchase. - Nobody may add items to a cart.
When Launch Gate and checkout open, these Terms will be reviewed again before they are marked final.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. You are responsible for your login, your profile, and activity under your name.
One EMZ identity can grow from looking and collecting into showing and selling. There is no requirement to sell.
You may close or delete your access to an account. Deleting access does not wipe EMZLoveLuxury’s records. Item IDs, provenance, listing history, and records needed for safety, disputes, and law stay with the house. Active public listings are taken off the Floor when there is no one home to fulfill them.
The platform Owner may freeze, lock, or stop an account — in whole or in part — to protect other members from spam, fakes, abuse, or other conduct that is not allowed. A freeze stops access. It does not erase the record. Owner tools are never shown on public member cards.
Payment-card and bank details are handled by Stripe. Identity-verification documents are handled by the identity provider. EMZLoveLuxury does not store full card numbers or government-ID images.
3. What you may list and show
You may list and show items you have the right to offer. You must describe them honestly: brand, condition, repairs, flaws, quantity, and origin as you know them.
You may not list replicas, counterfeits, unauthorized copies, or items you do not have the right to sell. If you are unsure, say so in the listing. Do not present a copy as authentic.
Listing, showing a collection, and talking with other enthusiasts is intended to stay free. Optional paid membership or Curator tools, if offered later, will be described on their own page and will not be charged until checkout is actually enabled.
You are the seller of your listings unless the listing is clearly a house listing. EMZLoveLuxury is not the seller of member listings.
4. Identification, review, and guarantee
EMZ tools (Curator, Item IDs, photo lens, archive comparison) help identify, describe, and present a piece.
Until the Owner has opened the insured door, an EMZ archive review is a visual comparison. It is not a money-back authenticity guarantee.
- Sellers may attach their own papers and provenance (up to six images). - Sellers may later buy a third-party review through EMZ (Authentic Detective). That certificate is filed behind the EMZ stamp. - Sellers may later buy an EMZ guided review. Additional photos must match the listing photos (same bag). - When the Owner says the archive is reliable and the statement is insured or bonded, listings may carry EMZ determined authentic — money-back guarantee.
Do not treat Prestige, a bust, or a confidence number as proof a bag is genuine. Sellers remain responsible for their claims.
5. Prestige, Standing, Role, and Ratings
These are four different things. Prestige (the Curator bust and level) counts unique qualifying Item IDs a member has posted. It is public praise. It is not a credit score, not a guarantee of authenticity, and not a ranking of wealth.
Standing, Role, and Ratings — if shown later — will follow their own rules. Ratings are not public until the Owner approves.
6. Photos, Item IDs, and provenance
When you upload photos and list a piece, you grant EMZLoveLuxury a license to display them on the Service (Floor, Showroom, Live, cards, Mini Row IDs, and related pages) so the listing can be shown.
Each qualifying piece is meant to carry a durable EMZ Item ID. That identity is part of the piece’s provenance. Provenance stays with the item as it is shown, sold, vaulted, or relisted. Empty drafts do not mint Prestige. Repeated saves of the same item do not mint extra awards.
Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use. Serial numbers and sensitive evidence photos should be treated as private unless you choose to show them.
7. Live, boards, and conduct
Live windows, boards, and messages are for the community around these pieces. You will not harass, spam, impersonate, scrape, or use the Service to traffic fakes.
If a seller is live, a Mini Row ID or live window may take you to their live page. Messages to sellers must follow the same conduct rules.
We may remove posts or close rooms that break these Terms.
8. Buying and selling (when opened)
Purchase is not enabled as of this draft. When it is:
- Prices are maintained in USD. Other currencies on screen are estimates. - A completed buy should move the piece into the buyer’s inventory under the buyer’s username. - The buyer’s Dashboard is intended to hold a receipt they can print. A separate receipt may also be sent. - The buyer may lock the piece in their Vault and keep the provenance without listing it for sale. - The buyer may later change the asking price and list it again, or add other pieces. - Shipping, customs, duties, and handling are as stated on the listing. Unless a listing says otherwise, shipping is separate from the item price. - Chargebacks, returns, and disputes will be described in a later revision before checkout opens. Do not assume a return right until that revision exists.
EMZLoveLuxury is not a bank, not a shipper, and not an insurer of the piece.
9. House protection
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- The Service is provided as is during private preview and after. - We do not warrant that listings are authentic, complete, or accurately priced. - We are not liable for seller descriptions, failed shipments, customs, or disputes between members. - We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. - If we are ever found liable to you, that liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some places do not allow certain limits. If you are in one of those places, some of this section may not apply.
You will not use the Service to break the law. You will defend and hold the house harmless from claims that arise from your listings, your photos, your messages, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The EMZLoveLuxury name, bag mark, Curator busts, site design, and house content belong to the house. Member photos and listing text remain the member’s, licensed to us as in §6.
Brand names (Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and others) belong to those brands. Showing a piece is not a claim that EMZLoveLuxury is affiliated with that brand.
11. Privacy
A full privacy policy is not on this draft page. We collect account, listing, and operational data needed to run the Service. Do not post other people’s private information on boards or Live.
12. Changes, law, contact
We may change these Terms. The draft date will move. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new draft until a final version is marked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in Florida, except where the law requires otherwise.
